Camaradas e amigos,
Começamos a travar mais uma batalha nesta guerra contra o sistema democrático opressor, apartir das 00.01h de sábado(15 de Setembro), passámos a ter em Portugal presos políticos que já o eram desde 18 de Abri, mas com a agravante de estarem em situação de prisão ilegal.
Todos vós puderam assistir pelos meios de comunicação social à libertação na sexta-feira, dia 14 de Setembro, de assassinos, violadores e pedófilos, porque a lei teria de ser aplicada até às 23.59h desse mesmo dia 14h, eu, ao contrário desses criminosos fiquei nas masmorras de uma nova inquisição cujo rosto é a procuradora do Ministério Público, da 11ª Secção a Drª. Candidâ Vilar.
Os nacionalistas jamais se deverão esquecer deste nome, pois esta senhora foi a responsável, e não a PJ (apesar de tudo), pela maior perseguição política dos últimos 30 anos.
O inspector Paulo Vaz da DCCB-PJ disse-me na presença do Pedro Nogueira e Jóse Amorim que a Drª do M.P. lhe tinha dito que "... o Mário tem que pagar por tudo o que o mau pai passou aquando do Estado Novo...". Isto é grotesco, e justifica assim o òdio primário, patológico e irracional da mesma.
A procuradora rege-se pelo desprezo pela vida, dignidade e liberdade da pessoa humana desde que esta tenha orgulho patriótico.Espero que os meus filhos não queiram um dia também vingar-se por toda a perseguição que o seu pai e mãe foram vítimas durante a "democracia".
Este tipo de comentários da Drª.Candida Vilar juntamente com a resposta que me deu pessoalmente e na presença do mesmo inspector e da sua escrivã no DIAP também são bem esclarecedoras das suas intenções, quando lhe pergunto qual o motivo de tudo isto, a mesma responde "Mário, tinhamos que fazer qualquer coisa, o vosso movimento estava imparável.", incrível.
Fiquei muito feliz quando hoje os guardas prisionais me disseram que todas as ruas paralelas e perpendiculares do estabelecimento prisional tinham cartazes a dizer "Mário Machado, Liberdade".
Sei também que um grupo de nacionalistas vai lançar o projecto "Outdoor2", nos mesmos moldes do anterior mas o assunto é a "Liberdade de expressão" e "Liberdade para presos políticos". Agradeço desde já a todos pelo esforço continuo e solidariedade,e anseio pela sua realização.
Além do crime de "discriminação racial" que me pede prisão de 1 a 8 anos, estou a ser acusado de mais 14 ou 15 crimes sendo que não participei em nenhum deles, inclusive o M.P.di-lo claramente, mas segundo a Procuradora da Inquisição, como sou o líder do movimento, todos os crimes praticados por um nacionalista, mesmo que eu não o conheça, tenho que ser responsabilizado. - Incrivél não é?
Mais ardilosamente o M.P. refere que os Hammerskins lucram com o negócio do narcotráfico porque segundo a procuradora, 1 indivíduo com ligações à HSN teria sido apanhado na posse de droga.
Cabe-me esclarecer que, ninguém, nenhum nacionalista dos 36 acusados, está acusado do crime de tráfico de estupefacientes, ora como é óbvio se essa ligação existisse, o que custava além das barbaridades de que estamos acusados, de nos indiciarem também por tráfico?
Não tenham os nacionalistas quaisquer dúvidas que jamais o movimento recebeu 1 tostão vindo dessas actividades que todos condenamos, tal já não pode ser textativamente afirmado por outros partidos políticos.
Seguindo o raciocínio político do M.P., o Partido Socialista (PS) também receberia dinheiro da droga, porque no carro presidentena altura em funções o Jorge Sampaio a P.J. encontrou 8 kilos de cocaína e deteve o seu condutor e segurança.
Nunca vimos na comunicação social ou no inquérito do M.P. que a droga era para o PS porque como é obvio uma acção isolada de um indivíduo, não implica necessariamente outros.
Continuando esse raciocínio, poderiamos dizer que no PS abundam pedófilos que faziam da Casa Pia o seu retiro, só porque um deputado do partido já foi indiciado pelo mesmo crime.
E posso também dar o exemplo do filho da Leonor Beleza, membro da JSD apanhado com 30 kilos de haxixe e etc.,etc.
Tudo isto faz parte da camapanha de demonização que está em marcha e como prova o facto do M.P. mandar isso para o ar, mas não acusa ninguém - uma vergonha.
Ainda sobre o crime de discriminação racial, é curioso quando ele nos é imputado e dos 12 membros da Hammerskin nenhum é acusado de agredir qualquer negro, amarelo, ou azul às bolinhas, e pelo contrário, Portugal prepara-se para receber "oficialmente" Robert Mugabe o africano que foi o responsável por mais de dezenas de milhares de crimes de ???????? e discriminação racial contra brancos, que resultaram na expulsão de terras, violações e homicídios em série, com isto o governo português demonstra a sua verdadeira face, persegue os brancos no seu próprio território e não tem coragem diplomática para não permitir a entrada do maior Racista do século XXI.
Mais uma prova de que isto se trata essencialmente de um processo politico, é o facto de nos terem apreendido centenas de livros, milhares de autocolantes, t-shirts e cd's de música. A nossa constituição defende a liberdade de expressão, que nenhum indivíduo pode ver esse mesmo direito ameaçado, assim como o direito de acesso à livre informação, por isso estas apreensões são ilegais.
O processo começa também em Junho de 2004 com uma busca ilegal, pelas 00.30h onde 27 nacionalistas são identificados, fazendo jurisprudência com outros casos onde pelo mesmo motivo foram libertados por exemplo 34 indivíduos conectados com o narcotráfico. Porque segundo diz a lei quando existe um procedimento ilegal todo o processo cai.
Nessa busca domiciliária apreenderam-se novamente livros, cd's e autocolantes, a lei diz claramente que a busca só poderia ser efectuada entre as 7h e as 21h... Será que a lei a nós não se aplica?

A frase acima reproduzida nunca fez tanto sentido como agora, apesar de desejar o meu retorno à minha família e evitar viver nesta continua guerra diária, eu estou a dar o meu sangue, espero que todos vós possam fazer o mesmo.
Termino também com um agradecimento a um Inimigo Político, o Dr. Pacheco Pereira por ser um democrata convicto e que discordando dos nossos ideais, nunca ter tido medo de condenar as perseguições de que os nacionalistas ou outros são vítimas.

All of you they could assist for the ways of social communication the release in Friday, day 14.September, of murderers, violators and pedofils, because the law would be applied even to 23.59h of the same day 14h, I, on the contrary of these criminals I stayed in the dungeons of a new inquisition whose face is the attorney of the Public prosecution service, of the 11th Section the Drª. Candida Vilar.
The nationalists never will have to forget this name, since this lady went to person in charge, and not the PJ (despite everything), for the biggest political pursuit of the last 30 years.The inspector Paul Vaz of the DCCB-PJ told me in the presence of Peter Nogueira and Jóse Amorim that the Drª of the M.P. had been said to him by " ... the Mário has to pay for everything what the my father passed in 'Estado Novo'( New State) ... This type of comments of the Drª. Candida Vilar together with the answer that gave to me personally and in the presence of the same inspector and of his register in the DIAP also healthy quite explanatory of his intentions, when I ask about him which the cause of everything this, same it answers " Mário, we had to do any thing, your movement was very strong. I was very happy when today the prison policemen told me that all the parallel and perpendicular streets of the prison establishment had posters to say " Mário Machado, Freedom ".

More cunningly the M.P. tells that the Hammerskins profit by the business of the narcotraffic because the attorney (Cândida Vilar) says, one individual with connections to the HSN would have been a bunch in the possession of drug.
Does it fall to me to explain that, anybody, none nationalist of 36 accuseds, is accused of the crime of traffic of drugs, it prays as is obvious if this connection was existing, which was costing besides the barbarities of which we are accused, of they were charging us also for traffic?
The any nationalists have no doubts that never the movement received 1 cash come from these activities that we condemned all, such it cannot already be textativamente affirmed by other political parties.

The sentence never above reproduced did so much felt I eat now, in spite of wanting my return to my family and avoiding to live in this it continues daily war, I am giving my blood, wait what all of you could do the same thing.
I end up also with a gratitude to a Political Enemy, Dr. Pacheco Pereira being a convinced democrat and that disagreeing with our ideals, to never have had fear to condemn the pursuits of which the nationalists or others are victims.
